Nate Oats clarifies origin of Brandon Miller's pat-down routine

Three days after admitting oversight into Brandon Miller’s pat-down pre-game routine, Nate Oats once again took ownership for the celebration. During the introduction of starting lineups before Alabama’s game against Arkansas over the weekend, Miller took part in his usual pre-game gesture with walk-on Adam Cotrell. The routine involves Miller stretching his arms to the side while Cotrell pats him down, appearing as if he’s searching for weapons.
